Bloemsec received a distress call that suspects were spotted in the neighbour’s yard. Armed response officer Fikile was immediately dispersed.
On arrival, the officer found that the devils fork was broken for entry. The suspects broke into the store room and removed the item that they intended to steal. They then proceeded to break into the flat when the officer arrived. The officer found them hiding in the flat and arrested the suspects.
Both suspects were handed over to SAPS.
